How do I redeem a Green Door friend referral discount?
All Highs and Hellos discounts can be redeemed during the checkout process here
How do I apply a coupon or voucher?
Currently, some coupons can only be applied when opening a new subscription or reactivating a canceled one.
There will be a promo code box during the checkout or reactivation process.
All coupons will be applied at the checkout process. If you received your coupon in an email, just click on the link in your email and follow the prompts to apply your coupon.
Do You Offer Student Discounts?
Yes!
Current college students in the U.S. (excluding HI & AK) are eligible for a discount. Scroll to the top of the Highs and Helos homepage and click 'About' to determine your eligibility.
My discount coupon isn't working.
What should I do?
We are sorry that your discount coupon isn't working.
Try these recommendations to ensure that you are going through the correct process:
1- Make sure that your coupon is not expired.
2- Make sure that you're uploading the coupon correctly.
3- Check that the coupon is valid for the product you selected
4- Check the redemption instructions as some codes are to be applied at checkout
